Erasmus+ Project Officer

AsfarEurope is currently recruiting for an Erasmus+ Project Officer resident in Estonia, with expertise in EU mobility programmes throughout the Baltic.

The role will support with the development and eventually the project management of EU projects (e.g. European Solidarity Corps, Erasmus+ projects) in Estonia and the Baltic, which includes:

  • Design, develop and write Erasmus+ funding applications (initially)

And upon achieving project funding:

  • Co-ordinate project activities (depending on skill level and growth)
  • Co-ordinate Project Activities including identifying suitable participants/volunteers, provide Information, Advice and Guidance about our projects and provide mentoring to participants/volunteers
  • Support the International Project Manager with oversee budgets for project costs and program expenditures, depending on skill level and growth
  • Support with project final report development both narrative and final
  • Assist with the evaluation and adaption of project activities
  • Raise the external visibility of project activities
  • Communicate with other project partners
  • Support the International Project manager with other project activities
  • Support the management of our RESOLVE: Network partnerships and youth wing
  • Build and maintain partnerships and relationships with other organizations in order to expand resources, and educate the public about the work of AsfarEurope and Asfar
  • Support in the development and writing of successful project proposals
  • Work for a buzzing and global sector: promoting social development
